Welcome to LearnLatin.io! By subscribing to our Latin courses or memberships, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership Plans
We offer three tiers of membership:
- Standard Membership – Access to our self-paced Latin course and study materials.
- Pro Membership – Includes everything in the Standard plan, plus weekly live group Zoom lessons and access to recorded sessions.
- Premium Membership – Includes everything in the Pro plan, plus monthly private lessons and priority support.
Each membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. Live Course Enrollment
- Pro and Premium members have access to live Latin classes, which occur once per week.
- Each live course cycle lasts 4 months.
- Class size is limited to 20 participants to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Your subscription reserves your spot in the next available course cycle.
- If you subscribe before the start of a new cycle, your billing will be paused until one month after the start date, so you do not pay for inactive time.
3. Course Access and Content
- All course content (video lessons, Zoom recordings, exercises, etc.) is for personal educational use only.
- Course materials are protected by copyright and may not be redistributed, copied, or shared.
- Live sessions are recorded and made available to active members for review at their convenience.
4. Joining After the Course Start Date
- Students may join the Pro Membership at any point during the 4-month cycle.
- New members will receive access to all prior recordings and materials to help them catch up before joining live sessions.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Once canceled, you will retain access to your membership features until the end of your billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or missed classes, as all content is recorded and made available.
6. Schedule and Holiday Adjustments
- Live classes are held on Wednesdays at 18:00 CET.
- In case of a holiday falling on a Wednesday, the class will be rescheduled to Tuesday at the same time.
- Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance via email.
7. Certification
- Upon completion of the course and passing the final assessment, students will receive a certificate of completion.
- This certificate is not officially accredited, but it proves that you’ve conquered the basics of Latin with honor and style!
